Senior Pastor

Reverend Whit Chapman came to us in May of 2006 as the Minister of Students from Hopeful Baptist Church in Lake City, Florida where he spent over five years serving as Youth Pastor. On November 18, 2007, Frederica Baptist Church voted to call Whit as the Senior Pastor. He loves to preach, sing, play guitar and write music.

Whit received his B.A. from the University of Tennessee and received his M.Div. from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Whit is married to Wendy and they have three children: Caroline, Harrison, and Anna Belle.
